Two More Meals is about the magic of soup stock.

Stock is redemptive. That green center of an onion; those chicken bones; the leafy part of the celery; all of this was headed toward the trash. And at some point, it will wind up there.

But first, it can be redeemed.

Much of what we purchase and discard contains nutrients and flavor. Stock is your way of extracting those before they go into the trash. Stock is your way to get two more meals from what you already have in the kitchen.
